WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our warranty is for parts only. Our warranty policy does not include any labor

NOTE: ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE PRE – APPROVED BY THE MANUFACTURER TO BE VALID

This warranty will not apply unless the product is installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturers installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.

What isn’t covered?

a. Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

b. Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product. 

c. Damage caused due to not following the user manual.

e. Damage caused from natural wear on parts that are designed to wear out. (blades, teeth, cable, shanks, cutting edges and PTO shafts and hoses)

 f. Damage caused by use in an environment that the product is not designed for.

g. Excavator/skid steer tracks are not under warranty.

Capital Automotive Equipment Limited does not accept returns, once it leaves our warehouse there will be no returns or refunds. 

Once the equipment has been picked up by a shipping company there is no returns or refunds.

Once the equipment is delivered there is no return or refunds.

No exceptions. 

1 year warranty on automotive equipment parts 

3 Month warranty on skid steer attachments/steam shower 

1 Year warranty on excavator parts 

No warranty on Shelters
